By your booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Payments:
For booking we ask the full amount to be deposited upfront 2 weeks prior the event. For only enquire the event won't be secured. No payment no service.
Travel charges may apply depending of booking location.
Payments will be processed via bank transfer and we will send you the invoice of your booking to the provided email, as well as soon we can we'll send through the artist's contact number and name before your scheduled event.
Please check your inbox and junk/spam mail to avoid disappointment of missing expected email!
Extra requests:
in case you have more participants as you were paying for originally and the artist has availibilty to fulfil your wish we give you a chance to transfer the rest of the amount at the event maximum when the artist provided the agreed amount of work. Depends of the number of extra job we will count accordingly by the provided priceline of the booked servise (see price tab) after payment we will continue the service. No "later" payment - that just never works..
We are always taking photo of the design we made. Make further questions proofable. Also may be used on our website, social media or for promotional content. if you do not wish for photos to be taken of your full face, please inform the artist beforehand.
As guideline for timing:
The number of hours according to the number of guests you would like to participate will take raughly:
- Face Painting: 10-12 people / hour depending on the details
When we are working for large event we will simplify the details for a greater amount of guest to been painted but will finish serving when time is up.
- Balloon Twisting: 10-15 balloons / hour depending on the the level of the design
- Glitter Tattoo: 10-12 people / hour
The time of Maternity art is depending on the design
Set up and pack down time is not charged as part of the services in case of linework.
Cancellation:
in case of cancellation please notify us in writing.
- Cancellation more than 2 weeks from the event will have No extra charge,
- Cancellation between 13 days - 3 days prior event we will charge the half of full amount.
- Cancellation within 3 days from the event will be charged fully
Thank you for your undrestanding!
- To re-scedule your booking $55.55 administration fee will be charged.
Working conditions:
We ask you to provide a parking space for the artist(s), parking fees may apply.
Also the artist(s) need to work under cover (in shade where the artist as wel it's equipments are protected of any damage) please provide table and 2 chairs per artist and fresh air and good lighting while they are working.
Please provide at least 1.5m distance between the crowd and us for safety. Sometime - depending of the party - we need help from the client to close the line to be able to finish on time in certain cases. For large scale events, we recommend the line to be monitored by a designated person at your event.
We can't take any responsibility for the welfare or safety of any person waiting in line or saving places for anyone.
Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Notice:
Please be cautious when booking entertainers for outdoor events for case of unacceptable weather conditions. Please always provide an alternate indoor address where the party will be held and contact the artist(s) to direct to the right address of the party.
Documentation.
All artist are protected by public liability insurance also has Working With Children Check (WWCC) or Blue Card upon request.
